Who is eligible to apply for individual, mobility, and emerging artist grants?

• Applicants must be adult culture or art creators whose work focuses on Lithuanian art and culture and its promotion.
• Applications are open to citizens of Lithuania, EU Member States, and third countries; however, the application must be submitted in Lithuanian, including all appendices (or their translations).
• It is recommended to have partners in Lithuania who can assist with the application process.
• Candidates may apply for only one specific type of grant per application cycle.
